Meal Subscription - Terms & Conditions
Choose, Add and Swap meals in your subscription at will !
Packaging & Delivery
Meals will be delivered in special meal boxes manufactured by reputed branded suppliers.
My Square Meal (Jaiko Hospitality LLP) reserves the right to change the packaging of the meals served.
We do charge a delivery charge in addition to meal subscription depending upon distance from our kitchen at HSR Layout.
No service on Weekends / Public Holidays (annual Holiday Calendar provided on request)
Force Majeure
If we are unable to deliver food, once cooked, due to heavy rains, curfew or any other situation beyond our control, the same would not be refundable. In such circumstances our attempt would be to donate the food as much as possible.
In case of inability of cooking due unavoidable circumstances, we shall cancel the meal and defer it to a later date.
My Square Meal (Jaiko Hospitality LLP) will not be responsible for any delivery issues pertaining to customer not being present at delivery address.
Delivery Mode & Timing
Monday to Friday
Lunch delivery: 11:00 am to 1:30 pm
Dinner delivery: 6:00 pm to 8:30
Cut-off time to cancel/modify orders is 4pm previous day for Lunch / Dinner.

Subscription Frequency
22 days
22 days / month on weekdays.
Defer / swap meals to retain credit and use within 30 days from start date.
My Square Meal (Jaiko Hospitality LLP) reserves the right to cancel/modify the menu items as well as the food service of any customer (amount balance due, if any, would be refunded / credited).
All rates are exclusive of statutory taxes.
